   In a specific medical inquiry, ChatGPT offered inaccurate dose conversion guidance, citing non-existent sources and providing a flawed calculation. This misinformation in critical healthcare scenarios emphasizes the potential risks associated with relying on AI-generated content.

   This situation underscores the importance of thorough verification when using ChatGPT, particularly in sensitive fields like healthcare, where inaccuracies can have serious consequences.
